Non-Warranty Repair Notice

April 09, 2007. New Hyde Park, NY.

Effective April 9th, 2007, the following rates will apply for non-warranty repair services performed on Logic Controls products.

$75 minimum charge for each of the following products:
Customer pole and table top displays
Keyboards and bump bars
Cash drawers
Magnetic stripe readers
LM3000, LS3000 and LS6000 modules

$110 minimum charge for each of the following products:
Industrial computers ¡V LC8000, LC8200, LC6000 series
LA3000 series All-In-One terminals
Touch and non-touch LCD monitors

Notes:
1 Warranty is void by misusage or damage to the product.
2 Customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from Logic Controls.
3 If repair charges exceed the above rates, customers will be notified of the repair cost. ?Customer must approve charges via phone or email for Logic Controls to proceed with repair.
4 Repaired products carry a ninety day warranty.
5 Third party products (do not have a Logic Controls Logo) supplied by Logic Controls are subject to repair fees and lead times of the original manufacturer.
6 Customers will be notified in the event repairs cannot be performed and replacement is recommended.
