Notes:
| 1 | Warranty is void by misusage or damage to the product. |
| 2 | Customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from Logic Controls. |
| 3 | If repair charges exceed the above rates, customers will be notified of the repair cost. ?Customer must approve charges via phone or email for Logic Controls to proceed with repair. |
| 4 | Repaired products carry a ninety day warranty. |
| 5 | Third party products (do not have a Logic Controls Logo) supplied by Logic Controls are subject to repair fees and lead times of the original manufacturer. |
| 6 | Customers will be notified in the event repairs cannot be performed and replacement is recommended. |
