Michael Radowski Joins Logic Controls

New Hyde Park, NY, May 26, 2006

Logic Controls Inc, a manufacturer and leading provider of Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), industrial computers, POS systems and peripherals announced today that Michael Radowski joined the Logic Controls team as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Mr. Radowski has over twenty-seven years of sales and marketing experience with retail technology companies that supply hardware, software and services to the hospitality, retail, convenience and supermarket retailers.

"His experience in the retail technology industry will make a significant contribution to the future development and growth of our company". Mr. Radowski will be based in Logic Controls' corporate office in New Hyde Park, New York.

Mr. Radowski held a variety of sales and marketing positions including Director of Corporate Marketing during his thirteen year tenure with Sweda International. In 1991, he joined Omron Retail Systems and served as Director of General Retail Systems, Director of Business Development and VP of Marketing over an eight year period. Prior to joining Logic Controls, he served as Director of Sales and Marketing for Preh Electronics and was responsible for channel/business development at DigiPoS.
