The limited warranty terms described below are applicable only to customers of Logic Controls standard products. This warranty applies to hardware equipment and hardware accessories only.

Logic Controls warrants its products to conform to its published manufactured specifications and be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period specified in the warranty period statement (see section entitled Warranty Period) for each Logic Controls product. During this warranty period, Logic Controls will repair no charge for parts or labor or replace product(s) Logic Controls deems in its sole judgment that have material or workmanship defects.

Note: For customers outside the continental United States, warranty shipping cost is not covered. Freight charges, custom clearance, taxes, duties and fees, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
